My customer deployed Sales Hub for 365. They want to track the email from Shared Mailbox to Dynamics 365 App. However, due to limitation, Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is not supported for shared mailboxes. Will it be any update for this to support tracking emails from shared mailboxes in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?
