Currently the notification of Proactive quality updates is shown on Message center in M365 admin center.
A customer requests (a) or (b) to receive the notification via email.
(a) Send notification of Proactive quality updates via email from LCS (as before).
(b) Add [Major updates] tag to the notification of Proactive quality updates on message center.

Now customers must check on message center every day for the notification of Proactive quality updates.
It is a time-consuming process for customers.
They want to receive the notification via email.
Message center has the feature to send message via email if the message has [Major updates] tag.
But the notification of Proactive quality updates does not have [Major updates] tag.
