Ideology is to make feature implementation more of customization from OOB and to minimize Plug and exes written for Round Robin Logic
Usage: To allocate cases/leads to each users within the queue either through alphabetical order or the weight-age wise. This should also check for any holiday calendar if customized.
Feature should have enabling and disabling button 'on or off' for Round Robin functionality. the user if select 'On' for Round Robin will select the queue/ Team and other fields where the condition will be fed in
If the condition is met, the cases will get assigned sequentially and if the Round Robin fails by any chance, the record should get assigned to a default user
