Victrex have some manufacturing processes that require multiple boxes to be packed as part of the same Work Order / Batch process. Victrex needs to print these labels at the start of the manufacturing process, so that labels can be added to each box before they are filled with product and loaded to a pallet. Only once the pallet is full would a report as finished journal be posted for the full quantity of boxes on the pallet (this saves the need to report as finished each box).

Microsoft has confirmed under Request ID 2306290050001876 that D365 does not, as standard, support the printing (or re-printing) of labels at the start of the batch order manufacturing process.

Can Microsoft please consider this as a future enhancement to D365 Supply Chain Management.
