Customer implementing a functionality which disables the users which are not logged in more than 60 days/90 days like wise, using a batch job. For that the job validates the users record info by "created date and time" field. However the field is not visible.  The functionality customer implementing is based on the field "Created date and time", if the filed shows the value (user created date), it helps to build the logic. System Administration -> Users -> Open a User -> Record info -> Show all fields -> Created date and time Actual outcome: The field value is empty. Expected outcome: It should show the user creation date.
