MSS termination form to include employment table in personalisation

Scenario: I have added custom fields for dates on the worker form under the employment section (these fields relate to termination dates so it doesn't make sense to hold these on the personal details section), but the employment table isn't available on the MSS request termination form under personalisation, only the worker table (personal details) is. It would be great if the request termination form could be extended to include the employment table.
