Currently to navigate around a form there are only a few hot-keys available: Tab, Shift + Tab, Ctrl + [ and the arrow keys.

Tabbing around a form is slow, especially if the section, or field is at the end of the tab-order for the current page. Could the hot-keys available be improved to allow quicker navigation between sections, skipping over the fields in a form.

For example, I would like to view a form, be able to populate the first field, then quickly navigate using a hot-key to the header section in the top-right of a form.
