The menus and features available to RA callers change based on who initiates the call and which devices are participating. This is confusing, and we'd really like to see a document that clearly describes what should be expected in each case.

Conditions that change what's available include:

- Platform: RA on HoloLens, RA on mobile, Teams on PC, Teams on mobile
- Tenant: user on same tenant, user on different tenant
- Call Type: 1-1 Call, Group Call, Teams meeting Call
- Initiator: Who is Starting or Joining the Call

Things that can change based on above conditions:

- Annotations: Do they work or not ?
- Snapshots: Can they be displayed or only shown as a link?
