We often run into situations in which we need make changes to a large amount of data on PO's. Currently if the PO is in a status of Confirmed/Open Order, we must "request a change" then we can send the change via an import. This is a huge waste of time. We have a tool with which we can open a confirmed PO and change to draft, but when you have thousands of PO's this too is a huge time waster.

We thought it might be a better idea in which we could have a "bot" script that runs through the process but there is currently not a way to make that work with a large spreadsheet of data.

We need a better process to change a large amount of data without creating conflicts elsewhare or some type of manual intervention to "request a change" on the PO.
