Tracking appointments in Dynamics 365 for Outlook is manual and can only be set one by one. Therefore, it takes time and there are concerns about business impacts such as missing settings. Convenience will be improved if "a function that can set the tracking of appointments in Dynamics 365 for Outlook at once" is added.

Thanks for the suggestion. We are not investing in any new features for the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook. All our future investments will be in building Viva Sales and the future of M365 integration.

Please evaluate Viva Sales and the Microsoft 365 collaboration integration and open new feedback items against those applications accordingly.

I would suggest evaluating if Server Side Synchronization (Choose the records to synchronize between customer engagement apps and Exchange) fits your needs to sync appointments automatically from Exchange to Dynamics 365.

FYI: Within Outlook you can use the Track by Category (you might have to enable this on Dynamics side first) feature, but that only allows for you to do basic tracking without setting a regardingobject.
Basically, it means that you simply assign the category to a bunch of emails or appointments at once, and they'll get synchronized to D365. You could then assign a regardingobject within Dynamics by using the bulk edit function, but this is just a workaround obviously.
