Lable on System Settings & Features if change is solution aware
We use managed solutions in our customer projects. Deployment from development to production is usually performed with DevOps pipelines.
Nevertheless, unmanaged Active Layers are often a problem.
These occur (unintentionally) when existing or new system settings or features are set via the Power Platform Admin Center or in Dynamics 365 Sales via App Settings.
It is not clear whether a setting must be set on all environments. Or whether it can be transported via the Solution Deloyment.
Request/Idea
Indication in the settings / system settings whether changes are solution aware or not.
(Like the "can't be turned off" customizing note.)
(Also applies to Customer Service, Field Service and CIJ)
