When it comes to configuring custom / personal workspaces, D365 F&O is not very flexible. In fact, the user creating the personal workspace would need to be a System Administrator and the privileges that come with it are far too risky for regular users.

It would be very helpful to make it more flexible for users to share their own workspaces with their colleagues without going through System Administration -> Setup -> Personalization.
