Implement Page Background Tasks to create Timer functionality to replace the PingPong control addin.
The idea is to use backgroud tasks and every second enqueue a new task that does nothing. So we have server-side timer and can refresh an open page automatically every second for example.
*Problem: when a job queue runs and creates records in a table, the new records are not refreshed when the page is open. You need press F5 to refresh, like the Currpage.Update(false) does not do the job.
