Have a customer where phone calls are key part of customer journey, but when a Phone Call activity is placed in a journey, you cannot then have an If/then tile that uses the Phone Call as the source like you can with Emails or Events. I know this is possible in D365 Sales in Sequences (you can use whether or not the call was "Made" or "Received" to drive the next action) -- would be great to have it in Outbound Marketing as well.
