Issue description - Unable to send a copy/original of a journalized document (invoice, confirmation, delivery) by mail, using the D365FO e-mail setup.
Repro steps-
1. Accounts receivable > Inquiries and reports > Invoices > Invoice journal
2. Select an invoice journal,
3. Click View under document > Copy/original preview.
4. Invoice journal is printer on screen.
Actual result - Once the invoice journal is printed on screen, you have to download the PDF and send email manually to customer.
Expected result – We are expecting that we should be able to print on screen and then send the invoice journal to customer via email from within D365FO. (not manually). Our suggestion is that network printer option can give capability to send the invoice journal as email. When the invoice journal is printed maybe Microsoft can add functionality to click on network printer and you will have option to send as email.
Currently, invoice journal is printed directly on-screen, no option to send it as email to customer from within D365FO.
