SharePoint integration includes a sub-grid that can be placed on any form for an entity that is enabled for SP documents. The default view for the grid is the first document location record for the particular entity's record. there is a selector on the grid toolbar to show documents for another document location record (if there is one) and there is a common selection for "All Documents".

"All Documents" should be the default choice because it does not seem to be susceptible to the SP limitation for a container having max 5000 items. When the default is the document location record, and any part of the SP path is a folder that has more than 5000 subfolders, an error occurs when the form/tab is first displayed in Dynamics. This happens when there are more than 5000 records for one entity that has at least one document.
