Currently it is not possible to print the masked card number and balance for an external gift card on the customer receipt (ex. Givex). These fields were only designed to work on the gift card inquiry receipt, and they are only designed to show the gift card masked number and balance for a single gift card. They are not designed to work if multiple gift cards are used in a transaction. The idea would be to have dynamic gift card fields that can be added to the customer receipt that would show the masked gift card number and balance for any gift card transaction (issue, payment, add etc.). This should also support the case where multiple gift cards are used in a transaction.
