Expected : Adding a restart parameter on service request form. After database refresh process, the target environment should restart. Today : When we plan a database refresh request, we encounter some synchronization error on target environment. After restarting environment manually, everythings returned normal.

We released this feature as part of the functionality in October 2019. You have the option to Stop and Start the environment on your sandbox environments or you have the option to restart individual services on your non-production environments.
