Sometimes this question comes from our customer and currently this is not possible.

Example, a company of mechanics that wants to use "Service Items" but in the standard messages would like to see "Vehicles".

There are a lot of Labels / TextConstants in BC related to this area, I think the only option today is changing the translation file.
