It is possible to create chatbots in powerapps and these might evenually be possible to include into Business Central. It would however be realy nice if the same kind of functionality would be pressent in the search function. Having the possibility to ask questions and get answers with or without links/images. It would also be good if this could be configurable and extendable to custom apps.
