We occasionally see that "Process automation polling system job" failed with the following error message in Batch job history on D365FO.

Error message:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Batch task failed: NullReferenceException

Ask:
Since the error message doesn't indicate what operations are required at user's end and it seems like an internal error, the batch should not return the error message to user side.
