Since Customer Insights, the only way to export segments to Excel is to use the Admin Center, which is not available to common users. Moreover, it is no longer possible to edit multiple segments at once in Customer Insights.

This is a downgrade from Outbound Marketing, where we could use the Excel button to export / import records.

Bringing back the Excel button from OBM to Customer Insights would fix those issues.
