Regarding Security Role, if setting of refraining Excel export on the privilege, the export button on Report becomes invisible and the user with the security role cannot export it.

The usage of these feature is totally different.
It would be user-friendly if segregating "Export on Report" from "Security role of Excel export" and setting different control on each feature.
