We would like to suggest that you develop an API call that would return the list of agents (and their status - available,) from omnichannel. Currently, there is an internal API call that omnichannel is using, but it is undocumented. URL for this internal API is xyz.omnichannelengagementhub.com/agentService/agents/odata/AgentAvailabilityCollection, and we would like to have something like this public, so we can use it for chat integration.
