With the new integrated feature for Field Service booking and Outlook Calendar, users can now see all bookings directly on their Outlook Calendar. However, since each company has different priorities, only eight fields currently display for bookings on the calendar. It would be helpful to have a configuration or template setting that allows more fields, like work location, billing, agreement, opportunity, etc; to be shown on Outlook calendar.
