Dynamics Outlook Integration has been technically wrapped up in the ‘Optional Connective Experiences (OCE)’ capability. The OCE was reviewed by our Security at the point that M365 was rolled out and deemed a significant security risk and was therefore switched off across the whole Microsoft capability / products / estate.

We would like to formally request that Microsoft review and possibly issue a future release that uncouples Dynamics Outlook integration from the OCE, so that Dynamic CRM Users across the estate can make use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook functionality.
