Certain dimension names are not showing in the personalize add field list; when user is adding fields to a page eg Fixed Asset GL Journal. Personalization page shows the Shortcut Dimension Codes (eg "Shortcut Dimension 4 Code"), not their actual names (eg "DEPARTMENT").

While in Navision, you could see these dimension names in the customizing columns page; which made it far easier for users.
