Resize Columns like in BC18

Hi,
in BC18, we can resize columns in a page just by click between two heading of columns.
In BC19, we regress like in BC14, by using weird extension.

Is it possible to keep this functionality like in BC18 ?

Resizing columns in the web client always relays on personalization, so if this is disabled the column resize is disabled to.
So the idea is as we read it to allow column resize even when personalization is disabled.

We certainly will look at this problem.
