Following the confirmation of a purchase agreement, users are restricted from selecting alternative print destinations (such as screen, printer, file, or email) beyond the default destination specified in the print management setup. This limitation deviates from how other procurement documents function (purchase order confirmations, product receipts, request for quotations).

We appreciate you taking the time to create this input. It is possible to print the purchase agreement to a specific destination not using print management. In the Confirm Purchase Agreement dialogue, select the bottom option "Destinations". here you can select an alternate print destination, print to screen, to file, etc.
