Standard practice is to use right mouse click open in new window or tab. This fails to work with either Chrome or IE. Results vary from just displaying the logo and never displaying the page to just a blank page with nothing in.
Test using right mouse click open in new tab on left menu bar item CUSTOMER
Same issue exists for any part of Dynamics 365 financial and operations for Business Editions

I agree, I would like it if the default behavior was to actually open a new tab rather than the layered "windows" approach. I sometimes have 5 or 6 of these open and because they are not in separate tabs or browser windows, it is a lot of back and forth and opening and closing of information. It is really not efficient or user friendly.
