unfortunatelly it is not possible to create a many-to-many relationship between the activity entity types and other entity types.

especially for our appointments we are also tracking which of our products are discussed during a meeting with the (potential) customer. This cannot be handled in the CRM system because a many-to-many-relationship between activities (e.g. appointments) and other entities cannot be created.

This is also a problem with the Address entity, where I would like to add a lookup field to a custom Country entity but I simply can't!

Commonly we use Activities for meeting notes etc, where it is normal for more than one of our CRM users to attend in addition to a number of Contacts (clients), yet it is not possible to create teh link from a single activity to multiple users, or indeed multiple contacts. Given we scorecard our sales team on making appointments and sharing teh detail of these appointments it meanns we have to duplicate these Activity entries.

This is an urgent requirement as this limitation has a significant impact on the customisation of the platform. I have also raised it (sorry for the duplicate) https://connect.microsoft.com/dynamicssuggestions/feedbackdetail/view/748205/allow-many-to-many-relationship-between-activity-entities-and-other-entity-types
