Search the environment in LCS for applied hotfixes. This function was taken away with the latest update to LCS. This function is very helpful to check if a hotfix has been applied. This is helpful to the end user as well as MS in helping resolve issues.

We opened a ticket for an issue applied at Hotfix and the issue was still happening. I wanted to make sure the Hotfix was applied and I could not check and MS could not check without engaging the backend server team to search the code to see if it was applied.

This function should be added back into LCS. It would help everyone out.
