When a Dynamics 365 record is shared, a notification is sent to Microsoft Teams.

However, users cannot currently open the shared record directly from the Teams notification. Instead, they must open Dynamics 365 separately in a web browser or another supported client and manually locate the record.

This creates an inconvenient user experience and adds unnecessary steps to everyday business processes, even though the notification is delivered through Teams.

I would like to see a future enhancement that allows users to open shared records directly from Teams notifications.

In addition, even if model-driven apps cannot be embedded in Teams, we would appreciate an alternative solution that enables seamless access to the shared record, such as providing a direct link or an "Open Record" button within the notification that opens the corresponding record in the Dynamics 365 web application.
