As we know, there can be several steps to creating a highly curated segment.

Most of our users are confused by the static nature of the Segment lines: they're only correct at the time the segment criteria was evaluated. If there was a button to "Re-Run Current Segment Criteria," it would be a way for our users to refresh these lists, which change as we update the metadata surrounding our Contacts. Many feel like the Refresh button would do this, but of course, it does not.

I understand we can Save Segment Criteria, but that's just another record to maintain and includes extra steps.

Lastly, since the Add / Refine / Reduce reports always "Last used options and filters," this very often results in unwanted criteria being added to the lists. The "Last used options and filters" is likely to be universally unwanted on these reports, especially considering the number of FastTabs and default filters which are presented on these reports.
