Our company has a policy that users must change their passwords every 90 days. When the password expires the CRM Outlook client prompts the user to sign-in. User then adds the expired password and a message is shown that user or password is not recognised. CRM Outlook client doesn't prompt for a password change. They then call our support and we advise them to login to the web client because here they are correctly prompted for at password change.

We would very much like a solution with seamless password integration between CRM and Outlook. It is a big issue if we have to help all our users with password change issues every 90 days.
