All communication is done via the LCS automated mails (deployments, scheduled maintenance, PQU's application), but for some reason something as important as a production environment being onboarded to (forced) quality updates is communicated via the Admin center.

There are cases where Admin center (Message Center access) is managed by a completely different team which can lead to miss notifications.

It should use the notification list within LCS so the right people receive all relevant messages.
