We have two use cases :

• If we have a big subgrid in a form, dispaying a lot of lookup fields, it can be difficult for a new user to know where to click on the subgrid.
• If we have a very small subgrid, the information are displayed on top of each other and the lookups are not clickable hyperinks.

In both cases, we would like to have the ability to choose whether the lookups in subgrids are displayed with hyperlinks or not.
