The system should be able to automatically process "Batch Reservations" for items that are Batch Above Hierarchy and must match Customer Batch Attributes at the time of releasing to the warehouse and Wave processing. Individuals should not have to go to the Sales Order line > Inventory > Batch Reservation and manually reserve Batch Above Items that must match their specific Customer's Batch Attributes per item. This consumes a great deal of time, especially when there is an issue at the warehouse. If for any reason that a different batch needs to be reserved due to damaged products, the change must be done on the Sales Order line. AX already can filter to the items in the specified warehouse that match the Sales Order's Customer Batch Attributes, so it should be allowed to automatically reserve the next approved batch number and create the required work need. This would allow the warehouse to automatically create additional work on the fly and not require a stoppage in work to notify someone in Inventory Management that has the security to modify the reservation on the Sales Order line.
