Ability to add more than one email address in Batch Job Alerts

The ability to change the email address in the Alerts form rather than only being the user scheduling the job. Currently, we have to create a service account with a special email address and it is rather cumbersome. In addition, would be great if we could add more than one email address.

We did a mod to add a custom email field to override the submitter's email address. Downside is that standard code only allows one email address.
