In D365 HR performance reviews are an area that a wider audience touches, as an admin point of view we have tried to streamline by using saved views, e.g. making some fields mandatory for managers to fill in. the problem with this however is that when a manager is completing his/her own review the system cannot distinguish and stops the user from proceeding unless they change view. this happens because the my review and my team review happens in the same space.

Suggestion to have two separate forms, one to show only my review and a different to show my teams reviews, this would allow us to apply a personalisation that would only impact managers when actioning as a manager.
