Hi team,

According to a Microsoft Official Article ( Operation Limits in Dynamics 365 Business Central - Business Central | Microsoft Docs ) the SOAP/Odata operation timeout request limits (SAAS) are set to 8 minutes. However, we have some customers with bigger companies that have an issue - when sending bigger requests that take longer than the given 8 minutes to complete the request, they experience a timeout error.
