Unfortunately, the information in the email subject as well as in the email body is rather sparse:


Email subject

The email subject is always very general.

Supporting many customers, the subject is identical for every customer and therefore not helpful.

Here it would be necessary to include the customers name.


Email text

In the body the following information is missing:

  • Name of the customer, under which the subscription runs
  • URL to the customer's administration in the Admin Center.
  • Link to the list of environments for the customer's BC. The environments don't always have meaningful names, so the link to the overview would be clearer.
