When doing segmentation in the RTM module, you are able to segment on all fields on f.ex. contacts or any of the related tables. In default environment, over 250 fields are available for segmentation. This is not very user friendly as users are seeing way to many fields and can easily be confused.

As with Advanced Find, it would be great if you could select which fields are available to be "searchable"/used for segmentation. Use f.ex. the default "searchable" toogle switch on Field level to choose which fields are available.
