Why is it so that Microsoft allows a package created from an older Product version to be deployed on Test instance but not to be moved to Prod? To me, it looks like a bug. In our case, we deployed multiple packages created from Dev instance Product version 10.0.19 to Test instance Product Version 10.0.37. Ideally, it should not even allow such package to be deployed on Test instance even and warn the developer at an earlier stage to avoid any future issues/discrepancies. Anyways this was just an extra feedback/my experience for Microsoft to improve their Product.
