We can currently use a Scheduler tile in a Customer Journey to set a day and time for the email to be sent - for example January 22, 2021 @ 8:30AM. However, the email does not actually get sent exactly at 8:30am. It gets sent 10-15 minutes later. We have compliance rules that require us to send emails at very specific times. We need the schedule tile to sent at the scheduled time.
