To enable localized BP library it would be beneficial if task recorder is able to store metadata information like UI label identifier (e.g. @SYSXXXYZ) At the moment of playback the framework should be able to resolve the identifier to the current client language. This will avoid redo the same TR on a different language per each Localized library
