Accounts payable-Purchase orders-All purchase orders-Related information (side ribbon)-Purchase order encumbrance summary.

The related information ribbon in the purchase order tab is showing zero amount for the purchase order encumbrances summary instead of the actual amount of encumbrances in the PO.

This has been confirmed as a product bug with no resolution/fix timeline.
