When we design journeys to send emails it is a good idea to evaluate branches in "If/then branch"based on the first link clicked in the email. Using this, the recipient stays in the journey after having clicked one of the links in the email and can go back to that same mail and click other links. This will create longer lasting journeys and provides us with more insights of our customers' behaviours.
