We are happy you recently introduced the ability to include attachments when creating Posts to Cases. This allows users to not only tag others in the Post, but include the attachment they wish for the tagged user to review or reference.

However, if a user wishes to attach multiple images, for example, they may only select a single attachment at a time versus selecting all images to attach to the Case Post. Selecting multiple images at once would simplify the process and reduce the time it takes to create the post and add supporting attachments.

This not only applies to Cases, but any entity where you can add Posts (i.e. Work Orders, Assets, etc.).
