Many of the graphics, including important licensing tables, only load if the guide is opened in Microsoft Edge. They cannot be viewed in any other browser (including I.E.), Word, nor Adobe Acrobat, but instead appear as grey boxes. This is fine if the customer is on a Windows PC, but very difficult if they are on a different platform or mobile device. This has been a problem with the last two versions. The PDF file needs to be re-created with Adobe compatibility, as that is the most common PDF viewer and the gold standard of portable document format.
